Refund & Return Policy
General Policy:
We reserve the right to refuse refunds under any circumstances. Generally, returns and refunds are not accepted unless determined on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Items:
Refunds for digital items such as eBooks, presets, and courses are generally not granted. Multiple purchases of the same digital product are also not eligible for refunds. However, if a digital item is purchased and not accessed, we may consider a refund, but this is not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.
Prints:
Each print is custom-made to order and, therefore, non-refundable. If a print is damaged during transit, please send photographic evidence to liamrosephotography@gmail.com within 3 weeks of receipt. We will assess the situation and may organize a replacement.
Claims:
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of receipt. For lost items, claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Buy Now, Pay Later:
Purchases made through payment plans such as Afterpay or PayPal's "Pay in 4" are not eligible for refunds. Please consider your purchase decisions carefully when using these payment options.
